No. Many families seek support before a diagnosis has been made or without an EHCP in place. We work with children and young people both with and without formal diagnoses, helping families understand needs and identify appropriate next steps.

No. We do not provide medical or clinical diagnoses. However, we can help identify areas of need, provide professional observations, and advise on whether further assessment or specialist referral may be beneficial.

We begin with a complimentary discovery call to discuss your concerns and determine whether our services are the right fit for your family. Following this, you will receive information about the most appropriate support package and the next steps in the consultation process.

Timescales vary depending on the package selected. Once we have received your completed forms and supporting documentation, we require a minimum of five working days to review the information before the consultation. Written reports and recommendations are then provided within the timescales outlined within your package.

Yes, where appropriate and with parental consent. Our Premium Advocacy & Support Package and Retained Partnership Programme can include school liaison, meeting attendance, and professional guidance to help ensure a coordinated approach between home and school.

Our approach combines educational expertise, behavioural specialism, and emotional wellbeing support. Founded by an experienced SEMH and SEND leader and supported by an accredited counsellor, we provide a whole-child approach that considers both educational outcomes and emotional wellbeing.

Yes. Information is treated confidentially and managed in accordance with our GDPR, Confidentiality, and Safeguarding policies. Information will only be shared with consent unless there is a safeguarding or legal obligation to do so.

Families who complete our Enhanced Advisory or Premium Advocacy & Support Packages may be eligible to join our Retained Partnership Programme, providing ongoing access to professional guidance, consultations, counselling support, school meeting attendance, and strategic oversight.

Yes. We offer a range of additional services including report reviews, school meeting attendance, parent coaching, behaviour consultation, counselling sessions, form and documentation support, and practical parent guides that can be purchased separately following engagement with one of our core services.
