Tier Three Premium Advisory Consultancy
A high-level support package for families requiring ongoing guidance, school liaison, and professional advocacy.
Includes:
• Everything within the Enhanced Support Package
• Attendance at one school meeting, review meeting, or SEND planning meeting (online or local area)
• Professional guidance regarding reasonable adjustments and support strategies
• One counsellor consultation session
• Two follow-up review sessions during the 6-week intervention period
• Progress monitoring and refinement of strategies
• Ongoing email support for six weeks

Retained Partnership Programme
Available exclusively to families who have completed the Enhanced Support Package or Premium Advocacy & Support Package.
Positive change takes time, many families benefit from ongoing specialist guidance as strategies are implemented, challenges emerge, and circumstances evolve. The Retained Partnership Programme provides continued access to specialist SEMH and SEND support.
Includes:
• Ongoing email support throughout the month
• Two 30-minute consultation sessions per month with a Behaviour Specialist Consultant
• One 60-minute counselling session per month for the child or young person
• Attendance at one professional meeting per month (e.g. school meeting, SEND review, Team Around the Child meeting, annual review, or multi-agency meeting)
• Review of progress against agreed targets and outcomes
• Ongoing refinement of strategies and interventions
• Advice regarding home-based support, routines, and emotional regulation
• Guidance on implementing recommendations from reports and action plans
• Review of new school documentation, reports, assessments, or professional correspondence
• Support in preparing for meetings with schools and professionals
• Professional advice regarding SEND provision, reasonable adjustments, and support strategies
• Monthly progress review and recommended next steps

We support parents, carers, and families of children and young people who may be experiencing behavioural, emotional, educational, SEMH, or SEND-related challenges. Our services are suitable whether concerns are emerging or have been ongoing for some time.

No. Many families seek support before a diagnosis has been made or without an EHCP in place. We work with children and young people both with and without formal diagnoses, helping families understand needs and identify appropriate next steps.

No. We do not provide medical or clinical diagnoses. However, we can help identify areas of need, provide professional observations, and advise on whether further assessment or specialist referral may be beneficial.

We begin with a complimentary discovery call to discuss your concerns and determine whether our services are the right fit for your family. Following this, you will receive information about the most appropriate support package and the next steps in the consultation process.

Timescales vary depending on the package selected. Once we have received your completed forms and supporting documentation, we require a minimum of five working days to review the information before the consultation. Written reports and recommendations are then provided within the timescales outlined within your package.

Yes, where appropriate and with parental consent. Our Premium Advocacy & Support Package and Retained Partnership Programme can include school liaison, meeting attendance, and professional guidance to help ensure a coordinated approach between home and school.
