All training is personally designed and delivered by Melissa Sladen, an experienced teacher, senior leader and behaviour specialist with extensive expertise supporting children and young people with SEND, SEMH and complex behavioural needs.

Having worked within schools for many years, Melissa understands the realities of modern education.
